How LUkraine asbl collects and uses personal data on the Independence Day Campaign 2026 website.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is LUkraine asbl, a non-profit association registered in Luxembourg.

2. What we collect and why
This website collects personal data in one place only: the registration form for the Independence Auto Rally.

We do not use this data for anything else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of this form.
3. Where your registration is stored
Registrations submitted through this website are written directly into a Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google Workspace), operated by Google Ireland Limited. Access is limited to the LUkraine asbl team members organising the event.
Submitting the form also triggers two emails: a notification to the organisers, and a confirmation to the address you entered.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its own data processing terms.
4. Donations
Donations are processed by iRaiser, our fundraising platform provider. When you donate, the data you enter in the donation form is collected and processed by iRaiser as processor on our behalf, in accordance with their privacy terms. LUkraine asbl never receives or stores your full card details.
Donation records, payment confirmations, invoices, supporting documents and other records required for accounting, audit or tax purposes are retained for ten years from the end of the financial year to which they relate. Records relating to the 2026 campaign will therefore normally be retained until 31 December 2036, unless a longer period is required by law or in connection with an audit or legal proceeding.
5. How long we retain personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Auto Rally registrations: registration details, including name, email address, telephone number, vehicle registration number and donation confirmation, are retained for the period necessary to organise the event, communicate with participants, complete campaign reporting and address any related incident, complaint or legal matter.
- Event-related correspondence: emails and enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the request, complete the related follow-up and meet any applicable legal or organisational requirements.
- Photos and videos: campaign photos and videos may be retained for communication, reporting and organisational archive purposes. Where processing is based on consent, participants may withdraw their consent by contacting contact@lukraine.org.
- Donation and accounting records: records required for accounting, audit and tax purposes are retained for ten years from the end of the financial year to which they relate. Records relating to donations made in 2026 will therefore normally be retained until 31 December 2036.
When personal data is no longer required for the relevant purpose, it will be securely deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law or in connection with a legal claim.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking technology. Fonts are served from this website, so simply reading the page makes no request to any third-party server.
It stores two items in your browser's local storage:
lukraine-lang— the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time;lukraine-consent— your answer to the cookie banner.
Neither is shared with anyone, and both can be cleared through your browser settings.
The donation form
The donation form is provided by iRaiser and is embedded from donate.lukraine.org. It does set cookies, so it is not loaded until you allow it — either through the cookie banner, or by pressing the button in the donation area. Until then, no request is made to iRaiser at all.
Once loaded, it uses:

Loading the form also contacts Stripe, iRaiser's monitoring service and the font services used by that form.
You can change your answer at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of the campaign page. Withdrawing consent stops the form from loading again; cookies already stored by iRaiser or Stripe can be removed in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your data-protection rights, withdraw consent or request the removal of a photo or video, please contact contact@lukraine.org. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) — cnpd.public.lu.
8. Photos and video at the event
The Independence Auto Rally and the community celebration are public events, and photographs and video will be taken for communication and reporting. If you appear in material you would like removed, write to contact@lukraine.org and we will take it down.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data for this campaign, we will update this page and change the date below.

Ми не використовуємо ці дані ні для чого іншого. Ми їх не продаємо і не додаємо вас до розсилки на підставі цієї форми.
3. Де зберігається ваша заявка
Заявки, надіслані через цей сайт, записуються безпосередньо в таблицю Google Sheets (Google Workspace), оператор — Google Ireland Limited. Доступ мають лише члени команди LUkraine asbl, які організовують подію.
Відправлення форми також ініціює два листи: сповіщення організаторам і підтвердження на вказану вами адресу.
Google може обробляти дані за межами Європейського економічного простору із застосуванням гарантій, описаних у його умовах обробки даних.
4. Донати
Донати обробляє iRaiser — наш постачальник платформи для збору коштів. Коли ви робите донат, дані, введені у форму, збирає та обробляє iRaiser як процесор від нашого імені, відповідно до своїх умов конфіденційності. LUkraine asbl ніколи не отримує і не зберігає повні дані вашої картки.
Записи про донати, підтвердження платежів, рахунки, супровідні документи та інша документація, необхідна для бухгалтерського обліку, аудиту або податкових цілей, зберігаються протягом десяти років після завершення фінансового року, якого вони стосуються. Отже, документація кампанії 2026 року зазвичай зберігатиметься до 31 грудня 2036 року, якщо триваліший строк не вимагатиметься законом, аудитом або юридичним провадженням.
5. Як довго ми зберігаємо персональні дані
Ми зберігаємо персональні дані лише протягом періоду, необхідного для мети, з якою їх було зібрано:
- Реєстрація на автопробіг: реєстраційні дані, зокрема ім’я, електронна адреса, номер телефону, реєстраційний номер автомобіля та підтвердження донату, зберігаються протягом періоду, необхідного для організації події, комунікації з учасниками, завершення звітності кампанії та розгляду пов’язаних інцидентів, скарг або юридичних питань.
- Листування щодо події: електронні листи та запити зберігаються лише протягом періоду, необхідного для надання відповіді, завершення відповідної комунікації та виконання застосовних юридичних або організаційних вимог.
- Фото та відео: фотографії та відеоматеріали кампанії можуть зберігатися для комунікації, звітності й організаційного архіву. Якщо обробка ґрунтується на згоді, учасник може відкликати її, написавши на contact@lukraine.org.
- Донати та бухгалтерська документація: записи, необхідні для бухгалтерського обліку, аудиту та податкових цілей, зберігаються протягом десяти років після завершення відповідного фінансового року. Отже, документація щодо донатів, здійснених у 2026 році, зазвичай зберігатиметься до 31 грудня 2036 року.
Коли персональні дані більше не потрібні для відповідної мети, їх буде безпечно видалено або анонімізовано, якщо подальше зберігання не вимагається законом або у зв’язку з юридичною претензією.
6. Файли cookie та подібні технології
Цей сайт не встановлює власних файлів cookie і не використовує рекламних, аналітичних чи трекінгових технологій. Шрифти віддаються з цього ж сайту, тому просто перегляд сторінки не робить жодного запиту до сторонніх серверів.
У локальному сховищі браузера зберігаються два записи:
lukraine-lang— обрана вами мова, щоб сайт наступного разу відкрився нею;lukraine-consent— ваша відповідь на банер про cookies.
Жоден із них нікому не передається, обидва можна очистити в налаштуваннях браузера.
Форма донатів
Форму донатів надає iRaiser, вона вбудована з donate.lukraine.org. Вона встановлює cookies, тому не завантажується, доки ви цього не дозволите — через банер або кнопкою в блоці донатів. До цього моменту до iRaiser не надсилається жодного запиту.
Після завантаження вона використовує:

Завантаження форми також звертається до Stripe, служби моніторингу iRaiser і шрифтових сервісів, які використовує ця форма.
Ви можете будь-коли змінити свою відповідь через посилання Налаштування cookies у футері сторінки кампанії. Відкликання згоди зупиняє подальше завантаження форми; cookies, які вже зберегли iRaiser або Stripe, можна видалити в налаштуваннях браузера.
7. Ваші права
Відповідно до GDPR ви маєте право:
- отримати доступ до персональних даних, які ми зберігаємо про вас;
- виправити неточні дані;
- вимагати видалення ваших даних;
- обмежити обробку або заперечити проти неї;
- отримати ваші дані у придатному для перенесення форматі;
- відкликати згоду в будь-який час — це не впливає на обробку, здійснену до відкликання.
Щоб скористатися своїми правами щодо захисту персональних даних, відкликати згоду або попросити видалити фото чи відео, напишіть на contact@lukraine.org. Ми відповімо протягом одного місяця.

Автопробіг Незалежності та святкування громади є публічними подіями, під час яких робитимуться фото та відео для комунікації та звітності. Якщо ви бачите себе в матеріалах, які хотіли б прибрати, напишіть на contact@lukraine.org, і ми їх видалимо.

Якщо ми змінимо спосіб обробки персональних даних у цій кампанії, ми оновимо цю сторінку та змінимо дату нижче.
